THE ONES WE GET ASKED MOST
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes. You can move from monthly to yearly at any point, and the yearly plan simply starts from the day you switch.

Does one plan cover more than one child?

A plan covers one student account. If you need several, get in touch and we will sort out the right arrangement rather than have you buy them one at a time.

Is every year level included?

Yes. Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 are all part of the same plan, so a student moving up a year keeps the same subscription.

What about schools and classes?

Schools use teacher accounts with class groups rather than individual subscriptions. Contact us and we will set that up for you.

How do I cancel?

Cancel from your account at any time. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you have paid for, and yearly plans run to the end of the year you have paid for.
